Garlic Video Series #2: "Scape Time"

The Minnesota Premium Garlic Project is producing a series of live panel discussions throughout the garlic season, and the next one is in preparation for the time when northern growers remove scapes from the garlic plants.  In addition to being a practice that improves yeilds, some growers are using the scapes to create and market value-added products.
