Minnesota Organic Conference

The Minnesota Organic Conference is Jan. 10-11, 2019, at the River's Edge Conference Center in St. Cloud. 

SFA's Jerry Ford will be presenting, "Growing and Marketing Premium Minnesota Garlic" first thing Thursday, Jan. 10. 

Also Thursday, SFA board member Katie Myhre is presenting "What Your Buyers Aren't Telling You: Opportunities for Direct Wholesale Marketing." 

On Friday, Jan. 11, former SFA Executive Director Mary Jo Forbord will deliver a keynote, "Organic Food from Minnesota: Our Roots and Future."
