Blazing Trails Workshop: New Ulm

An upcoming free workshop will improve understanding of local food regulations for anyone interested in local food – farmers, restaurant owners, educators, school food service directors or the general public. These workshops, "Blazing Trails Food Regulation Training," solve confusion and intimidation that arises when dealing with local food regulations.
The New Ulm event is 1-5 p.m. May 7 at Best Western Plus, 2101 S Broadway.
An RSVP for planning purposes is requested; but walk-ins are welcome.
