June 2021 East Central Chapter - Meeting and Farm Visit

The East Central Chapter of SFA is holding a chapter meeting and farm visit on Saturday June 19, 2021 at Past Times Farm.  This is an in-person gathering where farmer to farmer networking can occur and non farmers that support sustainable farming practices can connect with like minded people.  Past Times Farm raises animals for fiber following sustainable farming practices.  You can also get a glimpse of how Past Tmes Farm is experimenting with growing boysenberries in Minnesota.  

We are planning for an outdoor gathering that includes a pot luck meal.  Past Times Farm will supply refreshments; coffee, lemonade, iced tea.

We appreciate advance registration for planning purposes.

What to bring:  Item to share for the pot luck. Also, if you have them, bring a lawn chair and water bottle.

SFA COVID Preparedness Plan: SFA updated it's COVID Plan on May 17, 2021 to reflect the most recent state guidelines.  This allows for holding face-to-face gatherings of up to 50 people in doors and any size outdoors.  A mask is not required for outdoor gatherings and only required for unvaccinated individuals for in-door gatherings.  Pot luck food options are now acceptable.  Click here to read the SFA COVID Preparedness Plan.
