The 9th Annual Midwest Soil Health Summit will be held March 8 & 9, 2022 at Oliver Kelley Farm in Elk River, Minnesota. Day 1 will cater towards Fruit and Vegetable Growers, and Day 2 will cater towards Crop and Livestock Farmers. Attendees can opt to attend either or both days of the Summit. Speaker slate and other details will be announced soon here. Day 1: Tuesday, March 8th:  Soil Health for Fruit and Vegetable Growers

With sessions on Practices for Fruits and Vegetables, Nutrient Management, Food Safety while Incorporating Livestock, Programs & Resources, Perennial Fruit & Nuts, No-Till for Vegetables, and more.

 

Day 2: Wednesday, March 9th:  Soil Health for Crop and Livestock Farmers. Rick Clark will be the featured speaker.

With sessions on Seasonal Grazing Enterprises, Wide Row Corn, Silvopasture, No-Till, Dairy Grazing, Kernza, Financials of Soil Health, and the latest research,

 

Cost to attend one day of the Summit is $75 for SFA members and $100 for nonmembers. Cost to attend both days is $125 for SFA members and $175 for nonmembers. Lunch will be provided.

 

Space is limited, and this event has sold out in the past. Be sure to register in advance, walkup registration availability cannot be guaranteed!

 

SFA's Conference COVID Policy will be implemented at this event, as well as the protocols of Oliver Kelley Farm. Protocols are subject to change.
