Maple Syrup Farm Tour

Description

Pack up the family and find a few friends for a sweet day at Clayhill Farm and Forest! Join Harry and Judy Worm at their farm as they explain the process and excitement behind maple syruping. You will have an opportunity to see how the process works from start to finish and taste the final product. There will be fun for the whole family onsite. Plus, for those interested, there is the opportunity to learn more specific information to make your own syrup or to start a side hustle. Hosted by the Central Chapter.


Please RSVP with the count of people you intend to bring to ensure your meal tickets. 
Wear clothes that are appropriate for the weather and expect mud on the forest part of the tour. Please wear or bring clothes that have not been exposed to animals for the tour of the boiler room. (For food safety purposes.)

Schedule

9-11: tour of the maple syruping process
11-12: brunch and socializing/networking 
12:15 -1:30 Classroom presentation on the creation of a syrup business. (optional in depth discussion for interested persons)
