Postponed: Coteau Ridge Chapter Networking and Meatlocker Education Night
Description
This event has been postponed due to the weather. Details to come for rescheduled event.
Do you have questions about how the meat you raise is processed at your local locker? Do you wonder about meat labels - why some cuts of meat are labeled state or federal inspected and others are not? When is inspection necessary? Do you want to be able to more confidently identify and order cuts of meat from your purchase? Join the Coteau Ridge Chapter for an evening at Brau Bros in Marshall to listen to the story of your local butcher, Wester's Locker of Westbrook. Mitch and Brian will be addressing common questions they receive as well as questions of the audience to help you better understand what happens at the meat locker.
The evening's agenda will include:
- 5:30 PM Social time and pizza/drinks
- 6:00-7:00 PM Wester's Locker to share their story and connect with the audience
A pizza bar will be available as well as one drink ticket per attendee (free).
Save your spot now, as there is a limited capacity available.
